1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and Luck19 ("Luck19", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the Luck19 website located at https://luck19.cam and all associated services, features, content and betting or gaming products made available through it (collectively, the "Platform").

Luck19 is an English-language online betting information and gaming platform. All content on this Platform is directed exclusively at adult users. By accessing or using the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Definitions

The following terms carry the meanings ascribed to them wherever they appear in this Agreement:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by an individual on the Platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and/or bonus credits held within a User's Account at any given time.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, completing the registration process or placing a wager, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety;
• You agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated by reference;

• You are not accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful; and
• You are using the Platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account if one has been created.

4. Account Eligibility

4.1 Age Requirement

The Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. We operate a zero-tolerance policy for underage gambling. Any Account found to have been opened by a person below the applicable minimum age will be closed immediately and all funds, including any winnings, will be forfeited.

4.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

By registering, you represent and warrant that use of the Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of access. Luck19 makes no representation that its Services are available or appropriate for use in any particular country or region. The availability of the Platform does not constitute an offer to use its Services in any jurisdiction where such use is prohibited by applicable law.

4.3 Restricted Persons

The following individuals are not permitted to register or maintain an Account:

• Persons under the applicable minimum age;
• Persons located in or resident of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited;
• Employees, contractors, directors or agents of Luck19 or its affiliated entities, or immediate family members of such persons;
• Persons who have been self-excluded or whose Accounts have been previously terminated for breach of these Terms.

5. Account Registration & KYC Verification

5.1 Registration

To access the full features of the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and any other information reasonably requested during registration. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes.

5.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform at any time. Creating or maintaining multiple Accounts (whether in the same name or otherwise) constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances.

5.3 KYC Obligations

The Platform operates mandatory identity verification (KYC) in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud prevention requirements. Before processing withdrawals or in response to any account review, you may be required to provide:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (Pakistani CNIC or a valid passport are commonly accepted);
• Proof of address, where required (e.g., recent bank statement or utility bill, typically no older than three months);
• A selfie or liveness verification image as directed by the secure verification portal.

All verification documents must be submitted exclusively through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal. Never send sensitive documents via unencrypted email, social media messaging or any third-party channel.

6. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password and any security codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been conducted by you.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify the Platform's support team immediately at [email protected]. The Platform reserves the right to suspend an Account pending investigation of suspected unauthorised access.

7. Deposits & Withdrawals

7.1 Deposits

The Platform may accept deposits via a range of payment methods as displayed in the cashier at the time of use. Common Pakistani payment references include local bank transfer, digital wallets and other methods listed in the cashier interface. The availability, minimum and maximum deposit limits, processing times and any applicable fees are determined by the individual payment provider and the Platform operator, and may change without notice.

Payment-provider names referenced on this Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited as familiar local references only. Their mention does not imply that any such provider endorses, supports or is affiliated with gambling activities on this Platform.

7.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. The Platform reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposit or to a verified account in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

7.3 Currency

8. Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Conditions

All bonuses, promotional credits and free spins offered through the Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be stated at the point of the offer. In all cases, the following general conditions apply:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible registered adult Users who have completed any required verification steps.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per User, per household and per IP address unless otherwise stated.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement before associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier, qualifying games, game-contribution percentages, maximum permitted bet during a bonus period and bonus expiry date will be stated in the individual promotion terms. It is your responsibility to read and understand these conditions before claiming any offer.

8.3 Non-Sticky Bonuses

Unless specified as "non-sticky" (also called "cashable"), bonus funds are sticky — meaning they are deducted from your withdrawal amount. Only winnings generated from eligible play in excess of the bonus amount, once wagering requirements are met, will be available for withdrawal.

9. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed through the Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant market, game or event as displayed at the time of the wager. By placing a bet, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of the applicable rules.

9.1 Sports Betting

The Platform provides access to a range of sports betting markets including cricket (PSL, ICC tournaments, bilateral series), football, UFC/MMA and others. All sports references are for betting purposes only. Luck19 has no official affiliation with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Pakistan Super League (PSL), the International Cricket Council (ICC) or any sports team or franchise.

9.2 Live / In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets update in real time and odds are subject to rapid change. Bets placed during live events are accepted subject to the Platform's current displayed odds. The Platform reserves the right to void bets placed on clearly erroneous odds.

9.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are displayed in the betting interface at the time of placing a wager. The Platform reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake limits where considered appropriate.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform if you are a minor or if your use is otherwise unlawful in your jurisdiction;
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts or any software to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, technical malfunctions or clearly erroneous odds or payouts;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, insider information abuse or any form of fraud;
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity;
• Engaging in abuse, harassment or threatening behaviour toward Platform staff or other users;
• Attempting to circumvent any geo-restriction or access control measures implemented by the Platform.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software, is the property of Luck19 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit any content from this Platform without the prior written consent of Luck19.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Luck19 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if Luck19 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Luck19 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors or interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical issues or factors beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability.

The Platform provides gambling services. Gambling involves inherent financial risk. Luck19 makes no guarantee of winnings and accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred through use of the Platform.

13. Responsible Gambling

Luck19 is committed to responsible gambling and provides a range of player-protection tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality checks and self-exclusion options. These tools are available through the account settings and/or by contacting our support team.

14. Account Suspension & Termination

Luck19 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any Account at its reasonable discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation when requested;
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or other illegal conduct;
• Provision of false information during registration;
• Account inactivity for an extended period, as defined in the operator's terms;
• A request for self-exclusion submitted by the Account holder.

Upon termination, any real-money Balance in your Account (excluding bonus funds subject to pending wagering requirements) will generally be returned to you via an available payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and subject to any amounts withheld in connection with a legitimate investigation.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform is licensed and operated. In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration or referred to the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction, as applicable. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights where applicable law provides for them.

16. Amendments to These Terms

Luck19 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated accordingly.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account.
